WHAT’S THE DAY TO DAY LIKE?

Depending on your role you’ll start your day in our office, collaborating with your team in small groups to focus on sales training, leadership development, and strategic planning. The majority of your time, however, will be spent in the field, building relationships with customers and clients through face-to-face meetings at their homes.

NEW EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION?

Our Entry Level Sales/Acquisitions roles offer a performance-based pay structure, featuring uncapped commissions and client bonuses that can average $800-$1,200 per week. As you progress into senior positions, your compensation package will evolve to include bonuses, and profit-sharing options.
